Shared responsibility

Help create the kind of community you want to join.

These guidelines apply to profiles, events, invitations, messages, images, and behavior connected to Yumeva activities.

Context matters, but safety comes first. Conduct outside the app may also be reviewed when it creates a credible risk to members or is directly connected to a Yumeva event.

Respect

Treat people with dignity

Yumeva is built for genuine social connection. Be considerate, communicate respectfully, and remember that every person deserves to feel welcome.

Expected

  • Respect different backgrounds, boundaries, and opinions.
  • Communicate honestly and resolve disagreements calmly.
  • Make reasonable accommodations so activities feel inclusive.

Not allowed

  • Bullying, humiliation, intimidation, or repeated unwanted contact.
  • Hate speech or attacks based on personal characteristics.
  • Threats, encouragement of violence, or targeted harassment.

Communication

Keep chats safe and relevant

Event and direct chats should help people coordinate, get acquainted, and continue healthy connections after an activity.

Expected

  • Friendly conversation and practical event coordination.
  • Constructive questions about an activity, host, or meeting point.
  • Respectful follow-up with people who have chosen to connect.

Not allowed

  • Spam, scams, phishing, or deceptive links.
  • Sexually explicit content or unwanted sexual advances.
  • Sharing another person’s private information without permission.

Events

Create honest and responsible activities

Hosts must describe events accurately and take reasonable steps to create a safe experience for participants.

Expected

  • Clear descriptions, realistic expectations, and accurate locations.
  • Transparent costs, requirements, and participation limits.
  • Reasonable safety information for physical or outdoor activities.

Not allowed

  • Fake, misleading, or intentionally deceptive events.
  • Activities promoting illegal conduct, violence, or exploitation.
  • Dangerous challenges or concealed material risks.

Authenticity

Represent yourself truthfully

Trust grows when members can rely on the information they see. Profiles should belong to real people and use information they are entitled to share.

Expected

  • Current, accurate profile information and genuine photos.
  • Updating your profile as your interests or circumstances change.
  • Protecting sensitive personal details you do not wish to publish.

Not allowed

  • Impersonating another person, organization, or public figure.
  • Using stolen photos or deliberately misleading identity details.
  • Creating accounts to evade moderation or previous restrictions.

Sexual safety

Consent and boundaries are mandatory.

Yumeva is designed for social activities, not explicit sexual interactions. Sexual harassment, coercion, explicit content, unwanted advances, and requests for sexual services are not allowed.

Child safety

Zero tolerance for child exploitation.

Child sexual abuse material, grooming, exploitation, trafficking, or any sexualization of minors is strictly prohibited. Relevant content and accounts may be removed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities.

Reporting

Tell us when something does not feel right.

Yumeva lets members report users, messages, and events. Reports should be made honestly and include enough context for a fair review.

  • A user whose conduct feels unsafe or violates these guidelines.
  • A message containing harassment, threats, scams, or prohibited content.
  • An event that is misleading, dangerous, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate.

Knowingly submitting false or abusive reports may itself result in account action.

Moderation & enforcement

Actions depend on severity and context.

We may review reports, relevant account history, available evidence, and the risk to other members before deciding what action is appropriate.

  • Issue a warning or request corrective action.
  • Remove a message, event, image, or other content.
  • Restrict access to hosting, joining, messaging, or other features.
  • Temporarily suspend or permanently disable an account.
  • Preserve evidence and contact relevant authorities where legally required.
