These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Yumeva, including our website, mobile application, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using Yumeva, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Yumeva is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

By creating an account or using Yumeva, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, can legally enter into these Terms, and will comply with applicable law. You may not create or use an account if you are under 18.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and keep your profile and account details up to date.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share, sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account.

You should contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission or otherwise compromised.

Yumeva is a social activity discovery service that helps adults discover activities and events, review available information, request to join, host activities, invite others, communicate, provide feedback, and maintain connections after events.

Unless we clearly state otherwise, Yumeva does not organize, supervise, endorse, or control user-created events and is not a dating, emergency, transportation, medical, or security service.

We may update, improve, suspend, remove, or change features over time as the product evolves.

You are responsible for content you create, upload, send, or otherwise make available through Yumeva, including profile details, photos, event information, messages, comments, reports, and feedback.

You represent that you own your content or have all permissions needed to share it, and that your content does not violate applicable law, these Terms, or the rights of another person.

Yumeva provides tools for creating, discovering, requesting to join, managing, and attending user-created activities and events. Users, not Yumeva, are responsible for the events they create, attend, or participate in.

Hosts must provide accurate information, disclose relevant costs and requirements, manage participants responsibly, and comply with applicable laws, venue rules, age restrictions, safety requirements, and these Terms.

Attendees are responsible for deciding whether an event is appropriate for them, arranging safe travel, following lawful and reasonable host or venue rules, and behaving respectfully.

Yumeva may allow users to request access to events, invite others, approve or reject requests, leave events, message eligible users, or reconnect after meeting through an event.

A request, invitation, recommendation, match score, connection, approval, or message does not guarantee attendance, identity, friendship, compatibility, safety, or any particular outcome.

You must respect another user's decision to reject, leave, disconnect, block, or stop communicating.

Yumeva may provide event chat, direct messaging, notifications, and other communication tools. You agree to use them respectfully and only for lawful, appropriate purposes.

We may send service-related communications about accounts, safety, events, requests, connections, moderation, product changes, and security. You can manage certain notification preferences in the app or through your device settings.

We do not guarantee that messages are monitored. However, reported messages and related context may be reviewed where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, or comply with law.

You must not misuse Yumeva or harm other users. These rules apply to profiles, events, messages, reports, invitations, and real-world interactions that begin through the service.

Yumeva may provide reporting, blocking, leaving, removal, moderation, and support tools. Reports help us identify possible violations but do not automatically prove that a violation occurred.

We may review content, reports, relevant activity, messages, events, profiles, and accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, prevent abuse, handle disputes, or comply with law.

Yumeva may show recommendations, match scores, fit labels, atmosphere previews, or other signals based on profile information, interests, preferences, approximate location, event metadata, and activity.

These features are informational, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and may change over time. You remain responsible for deciding whether an event, host, attendee, or connection is right for you.

Hosts may disclose participant costs, venue charges, tickets, or external purchase links. Unless Yumeva expressly states that it processes a payment, any payment or purchase is made directly between you and the relevant host, venue, organizer, ticket provider, or other third party.

Yumeva may introduce optional paid digital features or subscriptions in the future. Any such feature will be presented with its price and applicable purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase, and app store rules may also apply.

You are responsible for checking event costs and third-party terms before committing to a purchase. Yumeva is not responsible for a third party's pricing, availability, fulfilment, refund decision, or conduct.

Yumeva, including its software, design, branding, features, logos, and service content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Yumeva except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

Yumeva may integrate with third-party services such as maps, authentication providers, notification services, analytics or reliability services, cloud infrastructure, payment providers, ticketing services, and app stores.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for services, content, products, or transactions controlled by third parties, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Yumeva may be unavailable, interrupted, delayed, changed, or discontinued from time to time.

We may release updates, change features, limit access, or modify the service for security, legal, business, technical, or product reasons. Where required by law, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes that negatively affect users.

You may stop using Yumeva at any time and may request or initiate account deletion through the available in-app account settings.

We may restrict features, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created a safety or legal risk, caused harm, engaged in fraud or abuse, or used the service unlawfully.

Deleting or terminating an account does not necessarily remove information that we must retain for legal compliance, fraud prevention, safety investigations, dispute resolution, enforcement, or legitimate record-keeping, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions concerning user content licenses already necessary for retained records, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and disputes.

These Terms do not replace the Privacy Policy. Where consent is legally required for a particular type of processing, acceptance of these Terms does not by itself constitute that consent.

Yumeva is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation, or that information, recommendations, event details, identities, profiles, or match scores will always be accurate or complete.

Yumeva is not responsible for user behaviour, real-world meetings, event outcomes, venue conditions, transportation, purchases from third parties, or personal health and safety decisions outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yumeva and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law or for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death, or personal injury where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms for legal, security, technical, operational, or product reasons. We will update the effective date and, where required, provide reasonable advance notice of material changes.

Changes will not apply retroactively unless required by law. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using Yumeva and may delete your account. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania.

Before starting formal proceedings, you may contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If you are a consumer, you retain the benefit of mandatory consumer protections and may bring a claim before the competent courts available under the laws of your country of residence.
